If you are looking to kick start your workouts, this indoor HIIT class is for you!!!This class consists of high intensity interval training, weight lifting, cardio and more to give you the variation you need to burn those pounds and keep them off! Meets 3 times a week  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for one month! Classes begin November 4th 2019.  5:30 pm  every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
