If you are looking to kick start your workouts, this indoor boot camp is for you! This class consists of high intensity interval training, weight lifting, cardio and more to give you the variation you need to burn those pounds and keep them off! Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6AM and begins 4.9.24. There are only 6 spots for each class. This Bootcamp is 4 weeks and each class is 30-45 minutes. Each participant also receives a personalized meal guide, calendar and complementary one-on-one personal training session


*Complemetary one-on-one personal training session will need to be scheduled with Brandon between 4.9.24 and 5.10.24.
