Have you always wanted to compete but never had anyone on your side to help you get to the stage? Join Team MELT's Competitior Team! We offer training, meal prep advice and routine check ins to ensure you're show ready! Must be willing to train at least 4 days a week and train for up to at least 12 weeks. Some weeks will require training twice a day. You will need access to a gym. If you are local you are able to use the MELT Fitness Studio Gym!
